Dreams,
Umm,
We all love to dream, mostly in our sleep. Doesn’t matter it is in the morning or in the night.
Good dreams always makes us happy and prosperous while nightmares makes us scared and unhappy.
Most of the time we all have happy dreams that can contain love proposal from your crush or eating at your favourite restaurant. 100 percent guarantee will be wondering what’s gonna happen with us, which good news we gonna get.
But, sometimes you also have the nightmares, that shakes our heart and soul, makes us jump out and look at our surroundings with wide eyes. The whole day we spend to think which devastating news or scenario we have to witness.
Now let’s come to the scientific definition of Dreams : Scientists says, “Dreams are a universal human experience that can be described as a state of consciousness characterized by sensory, cognitive and emotional occurrences during sleep. The dreamer has reduced control over the content, visual images and activation of the memory.”
It has a huge impact in our lives that some of us believe , it is all connected to our faith though some embark it as a superstition.
Many believe that dreams contains messages or hints that can affect their lives mostly agreed on those dreams comes that we see in the dawn.
Different types of it : We have various types of dreams, like
1. Lucid dream
2. Nightmares
3. Recurring dream
4. Daydream
5. False awakening
6. Falling
7. Healing
8. Prophecy
This are the major types . So, let’s talk about some main of them ,
1. Lucid dreams – Brain scientists aren’t sure why humans dream in the first place, but they think it has something to do with memory. After awakenings from these sleep stages, a vivid and pictorial dream was reported very often. While scientists have been studying dreams for years, the vivid scenarios you create in your dreams at night can still be totally cryptic.
2. Nightmares – A nightmare may occur following a recent stressful event (i.e. a family problem, an incident while driving, upsetting news in the media, etc.).The reasons for seeing nightmares could be reading or watching scary movies or books, sleep deprivation, medication side effects or sleep disorders.
Recurring dreams, especially nightmares, tend to be most common in people with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), anxiety, and depression.
Some common causes of nightmares are poor eating habits.
3. Daydream - Daydreaming refers to a series of thoughts that distract you from the outside world, making you less aware of your surroundings.
A daydream starts with the memory of fantasy and imagination which runs away. How long a daydream, a person will get immersed in to the private fantasy land.
If you daydream a lot, don’t worry. Another study reports that excessive daydreaming could be a sign of a high-functioning memory! Normal Dreams.
4. Recurring dreams – A recurring dream is when you see the same dream or a dream of a similar nature over and over again. They are the dreams that repeat more than once. They often have themes such as confrontations, being chased, or falling.
Some suggest recurring dreams are the result of the subconscious, Higher Mind, or Divine attempting to get the dreamer’s attention.
We all dreamed in the daylight with opened eyes those dreams are our goals, ambition, and wish. This can vary from different options, some of us thinks about be something that people admire.
We even wants to be like our idols or big enough to rule or be a great leader. Most of this things are often seen in children, even you and me both dreamed about our future or ambition.
But, when we grow up and started to face the reality, suddenly realize the truth and the fantasy world of our own gets devastated.
Like mine got destroyed as We all learned that this world is so cruel and very few of us can walk on the road of their dreams other just follow the rule and live their life like a machine putting out their dreams behind.
Like our parents did, we also forced into it, as this world, our social customs, culture works. Being kid we’ve been told to be like you and do whatever you want, eventually as we grow up the lines started to change.
Though, some exceptions are there in everyone of us. Just have to dare and get some courage to walk on the road of our dream.
It will seem very hard as the obstacles ready to stop you and deprive you of the track but must have strong stone liked will and keep working on it.
Sometimes, our parents supports us, or they don’t, we got resources or don’t have any. Neighbors, relatives, friends are there to discourage, criticize even put hurdles or can compete with.
Struggle makes us worthy and strong enough to overcome all of this.
If you decided to follow your dream then must go ahead and try to achieve it. The hurdles, hard-work, will shine you one day and possibly reach to the top.
Let, others mock you, criticize you but don’t be upset and let your dreams go away, follow it as dreaming is the best and beautiful thing, and everyone has the right to do it.
I will recommend to do Daydreaming as it gives us a moto and ambition to achieve our goals.
The main theme behind the craze for fulfilling your dreams is one and only Motivation. This drives us each time whenever we started to loose hope, or a bad thought begins to arise in our head.
Doesn’t matter it’s self motivation or from a other way , always follow the motivation and the path to your goal. The problems along with pressure from the outside world will make you feel, that the dream is worth less or may not be worth to try.
Now, to those people one question, “How can you say or discuss about it until I or We try it.” So, keep shouting or criticizing We won’t stop. My family don’t like it, when I mentioned that Wanna do something by myself and don’t wanna join job doesn’t matter it’s government or private. The Nine to Five job isn’t for me.
As I expected , they got angry and started to criticize as what I gonna achieve that way or may lose. THOUGH I still working on my dreams and wanting to make them true.
The things that driving is Motivation and persistence.
So, follow Your dreams and Here you will find me , to give motivation and also work on self motivation.
Thank You.
